Proposal for the Institutional Archives System for the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas

Abstract

In this article, a proposal is developed for the integration of the Institutional Archives System in the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas, as established in article 21 of the General Archives Law (2018) by an Archives Coordinating Area, which will monitor the document management and file administration actions in conjunction with the administrative units or competent areas of each obligated subject and the corresponding operational areas, processing file by area or unit, concentration file and historical file. In such a way that the implementation of the Institutional Archive System will contribute effectively and efficiently in the improvement of the different archival processes that are carried out at the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas.
