Approach to the study of the typologies and documentary series of the Universidad Central de Venezuela.

Abstract

The typologies and documentary series of the Universidad Central de Venezuela are analyzed, specifically of the Central Archive of the Academic Vice Rectorate of the UCV, based on the knowledge of the competences, functions and activities of the institution and the unit. According to the administrative procedures, the nature of the document, its content and structure are known; a specific documentary series is identified, described and valued: files of the administrative, technical, service, labor, professional, teaching and research personnel of the Academic Vice Rectorate of the UCV. The proposal is accompanied by criteria for valuation, elimination and conservation.
