Abstract

The University as a trainer of human talents has among its main academic principles, the scientific training of its members, promoting inter-institutional management in the field of research, promoting the constant generation of knowledge and creating capacities in various areas to contribute to social development and economy of society. The research system that we propose as a goal is to consolidate a critical mass of competitive entrepreneurs who become central forging elements, with extensive knowledge and experience to carry out research activities, promotion of science and technology from the centers and laboratories that would become the scientific units in each of the Faculties and Schools and from there, with a vision of the future, groups that generate projects based on solving needs based on the national reality can be consolidated under a sustainable program through of the exercise of science, technology and innovation, constituting our contribution as Vice-Rector for Research, Postgraduate and Social Projection.
