Research articles
Scientific article. Original and unpublished writing that is based on research results. Articles must have a maximum length of 20 to 25 pages (including tables and figures) and contain the following sections: 1) title; 2) authors; 3) work institution of authors; 4) author's address (a) for correspondence and email; 5) summary; 6) keywords; 7) introduction; 8) materials and methods; 9) results and discussion; 10) conclusions and 11) cited literature.

Review article
Review article. Summary writing generated from the analysis of important and current issues for the scientific community, where the author (a) expresses his opinion and establishes his conclusions on the subject matter; It must have a maximum length of 20 pages (including tables and figures). Contains sections 1 to 6 and 11 of the scientific article. The development of the content of the essay or review article is treated in sections according to the topic, from whose discussion conclusions are generated.

Research note
Investigation Note or report. Writing that contains preliminary and important results that the author wishes to publish before concluding his investigation; its length is eight pages (including tables and figures); contains the same sections as a scientific article, but items 7 to 10 are written in the consecutive text; that is, without the title of the section.

Charpter Book
The Ibero-American Journal of Bioeconomy and Climate Change publish books by chapters or conference proceedings on specific problems of Agroecological Bioeconomy and Climate Change that will be coordinated by one or several specialist researchers who will act as guest editors /ace. For this, the journal will coordinate with the editorial committees of the events of the Agroecology Congresses and the Bioeconomy and Climate Change Congresses. For this, it will publish public calls that will include the thematic lines and the axes of argument that will enter the book by chapter.
The articles that respond to these calls must adhere to the thematic and/or methodological lines exposed in the call. The evaluation process will be standard but will have the presence of the invited editors in all the steps and decisions. In order for the articles to be finally published, they must have, in addition to the positive evaluation of the anonymous reviews, the approval of the coordinators of the book by chapter, who will ensure that each text conforms to the lines proposed in the call and editorial criteria of the journal.

Biofuel Biorefineries
Investigations related to the use of biomass to produce bioenergy and processes destined to the substitution of industrial inputs of fossil fuels. Examples are biofuels (ethanol, biodiesel, biogas, colifins), as well as Biomaterials (polymers, resins, textiles, soaps, foodstuffs, etc). The biomass can be arboreal, larger, or smaller animals, including marine such as biofuels from microalgae biomass.

Irrigation. Efficiency energy
The research focused on Efficiency in the distribution of irrigation water. Efficiency in water distribution is the relationship between the energy demanded by the irrigation system (Hd) and that supplied by the pumping system (HB). Energy efficiency is the efficient use of energy. Energy efficiency seeks to protect the environment by reducing energy intensity and accustoming the user to consume what is necessary and no more. The CO2 emissions that we send into the atmosphere are increasing and, for that reason, energy efficiency has become a way of taking care of the planet since it is not only in using appliances that consume less, but in that, we are ourselves those of us who consume less and in a more “green” way.

Use of biodiversity resources
Research based on discoveries of functional traits related to specific uses and sectors is accepted. Development of innovative new products, strategic transformation, market development for local products. Examples are the discovery and domestication of local (genetic) biodiversity, of species and ecosystems, transformation of distinctive biodiversity into value products (harvested, transformed), linking distinctive biodiversity products to original or value-added markets that are friendly to the environment.

Rural Education
Research related to rural education should be focused on understanding educational processes on the subject of climate change and the bioeconomy, participatory action research that helps to understand these issues focused on rural development.

Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics
Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics
This section receives original articles, reviews, and short communications of a high scientific and ethical level, related to veterinary medicine and animal husbandry. In the area of veterinary medicine, high-quality veterinary and biomedical research is accepted that focuses on all aspects related to epidemiological, production, reproduction, clinical, and biotechnology, which are developed and applied in consumption animals, companion animals, equines, wild animals, laboratory animals. Studies that relate the effect of climate change on animal health and animal production systems of bovine, swine, ovine, and poultry production, as well as the importance of the environment on zoonoses and emerging infections, are highly valued. Epidemiological articles should provide new insights into pathogen-host-environment interactions and their impact on local economies. Manuscripts that address the dynamics of disease spread will be favored, as well as the use of biotechnology for the control and treatment of diseases with environmentally friendly methodologies. Studies using mathematical models and developing or applying new epidemiological methods are welcome if they are based on a biological application. In the area of zootechnics, original scientific articles are received in the areas of Aquaculture, biometeorology and animal welfare, forage crops and pastures, animal reproduction, nutrition, and animal production systems and agribusiness, with special attention to livestock systems in disadvantaged areas and to the development of their local breeds and alternative livestock production.
