Mobile technology: Development of APP for Android devices that list contingent rents

The purpose of this article is to publicize the development of an application in the Android operating system that automates the calculation of contingent income. To carry out this application, two aspects were taken into account: First, contingent income or life annuities such as concepts and formulas are characterized. Secondly, to create the application, the Android Studio program was used, which has tools that allow the development of applications according to the needs of each programmer. In addition, it will be shown how the actuarial calculations for the contingent risks of a person can be easily carried out thanks to the development of an application in the Android operating system.
