CONTOURS OF A "TYPE MODEL" OF EXPOLIENCE OF THE RICHES OF THE NATIONS AS A CRIME OF INTERNATIONAL LAW

This article analyses the construction of a model type of Indigenous Spoliation in order to lay the basis for its definition as a crime under international law. To do a preliminary analysis of the criteria that justify the criminalization of this behavior as a crime under international law is made. Also, this article analyzes the desirability of extending the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court for these behaviors.
