Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- Once the section to be published has been selected, we invite you to review the policy of that section by clicking on Section Policies. The new epistemology of Law makes it necessary to carefully review each section so that you can locate your area of knowledge.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided. Preferably with DOIs.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- All authors must be duly registered in the journal and have their ORCID number. The order of the authors in the metadata must be the same as in the manuscript.
- The Journal has a procedure to prevent plagiarism, percentages greater than 13% are rejected, therefore, it is recommended to make an ethical use of the contents used in the process of research and preparation of the manuscript. Be clear that none of the data presented in this work has been plagiarized, invented, manipulated or distorted. The original data are clearly distinguished from those already published. In the plagiarism report it will be evidenced.
