In the present work, in the framework of the project “Sustainable Economic and Social Development of the families of Chacra Seca and its surroundings”, during the period 2009 - 2015, the usefulness of the methodological tools implemented by the Promotion Center is shown, Advice on Research, Development and Training for the PRODESSA Agricultural Sector, for the construction of a gender culture. Particularly the process developed with women dedicated to domestic activities is systematized, due to the priority for this project, based on the context in which mostly domestic activities represent a vulnerable sector due to the unequal gender condition, rooted in our culture. More than 400 women participated in this process of the 12 communities that make up the Comarca de Chacraseca. The way in which the groups are formed in the territory, the frequency of the meetings, the role of the facilitator in the different phases of the collective analytical process, the different strategies of conducting reflection and management groups, have allowed organized women develop thinking and acting skills about their reality, influencing this new dynamic in the organization and decision making at home, as well as in collective learning processes that have made them more active, proactive and protagonists of their own change management. Its social and human capital has been strengthened so that it is identified and used as resources to face new strategic problems of women, little taken up by them.
