Abstract

A questionnaire-based research approach was employed, targeting students in the final stage of their thesis, in order to examine the relationship between organizational cultural orientation and the effectiveness of master's programs. The study revealed that a Clan culture is significantly related to the effectiveness of master's programs. Based on the findings, several suggestions are made for the organization and for future research.
