Systematization of Educational Experiences of the Promotion of University Culture component

The main purpose of this work is to systematize the educational experiences built during the first semester of the current year in the University Culture Promotion Component, with a view to gathering difficulties encountered in the process, for its correction, and also strengths, with a view to deepen them. This component was chosen because of the importance it has for the integration of students in university life, thanks to the fact that its contents are oriented to this end, since they update each university student on crucial issues for their performance. such as: academic regulations, university history, the idiosyncratic elements of UNAN-León, among other inductive knowledge. This component belongs to the Student Activities Area whose teleology is the learning of ethical and aesthetic values and life skills, and which is administered by a department of the same name belonging to the Faculty of Education Sciences and Humanities. Due to the above, this work focuses on the pedagogical treatment of contents, learning and didactic material, necessary, for the achievement of the outlined curricular competences. The methodology used in this process involved the use of qualitative techniques (such as direct observation, documentary review, interviews, among others) and quantitative techniques with which data and other available statistical information were processed. Based on the information originated in the use of both techniques, we were able to draw the conclusions that conclude this document, and of which we highlight the various difficulties involved in a component of this type due to its experiential, experiential nature.
